ASSESSMENT OF STRESS-STRAIN STATE FOR DOME-SHELL OF LUNAR MODULE

Problem statement. Today, the world's leading researchers are engaged in investigating possibilities of building bases and settlements on surface Moon. To ensure protection crew for long-duration missions, development residential modules is required. An effective solution construction Moon use local soil (regolith) production concrete reinforcement. For today, there already data physical mechanical properties such materials, but studies performance monolithic load-bearing structures made them limited. The purpose article to assess stress-strain state dome-shells living located Moon, taking into account characteristics materials from raw environmental conditions. Conclusions. Using membrane theory’ methods shells finite element modeling, thin-walled shell domes lunar 8, 10, 12 members were obtained. On basis obtained internal forces, required thickness reinforcement area module’ determined. A comparative analysis results determining forces structural parameters considered was carried out. It established that deviation values near support ring meridional direction, dome’ top, as well cross-sectional all options do not exceed 10 %. Exceptions direction caused by pressure 8-crew dome, types loads 10- 12-crew variant, which due differences chosen methods.
